Since launching their £75 Sky+HD deal on 24th September, Sky have been suffering from problems when customers have tried to upgrade online. The error messages have been asking customers to call to upgrade, but have been honoring the £15 credit which is good.
This error was only affecting existing customers, not new, but we’ve now been told that all is functioning again, just in case you’ve been waiting to complete your purchase.
Don’t forget the £75 Sky+HD deal is available until the end of this month.
