Sky Comedy HD – 334 (15/10/08)
Sky Action HD – 335 (15/10/08) *will be available from 08/10/08 on 334
Sky Modern Greats HD – 339 (15/10/08) *will be available from 08/10/08 on 335
Sky Family HD – 336 (15/10/08)
Sky Drama HD – 337 (15/10/08) *will be available from 08/10/08 on 336
Sky Sci-fi / Horror HD – 338 (15/10/08)
Sky Real Lives HD – 279 (20/10/2008)
Biography HD – 207 (by end of 2008)
MTV HD Europe – 346 (by end of 2008)
Crime & Investigation HD – 556 (by end of 2008)

There are hints at Sky2 HD making an appearance before the end of the year also, but no official information has been given by Sky.
